Turn Key Aquaculture Project

A Turn-Key contract is a relatively complex process, where the RAS supplier undertakes the entire responsibility from design through completion and commissioning. The client or customer only has to “turn the key” when the plant is commissioned.

Turn-key project consists of the following:

• Initial site visit and feasibility study
• Design & Engineering
• Civil works & Building
• Installation
• Dry run, testing & Commissioning
• Service & Management

BAF supplies turnkey aquaculture plants and manages all sub-contractors. We incorporate several components of our own design and will exercise our influence on the components to be used and produced by our suppliers and partners.

Our turn-key concept is based on structural transparency between BAF, the client and sub-contractors which entails a management regime where typical uncertainties and unnecessary costs in a RAS project are minimized.

Our design criteria encompass, creating optimum conditions for the species selected, easy operational SOP for management and staff and high performance and optimizing efficiency of every process with a view to safety and stability of production.

Our design team include people who have extensive hands-on and practical fish farm experience. These are mostly veteran in the industry who have been pioneers and successful in running their own fish farms.
